Shipping & Return Policy

We normally deliver product either on same day or next day of order placed depends on our delivery partner availability. However we try to deliver product from 1 hrs to 24 hrs timeline depends on customer resident location.

 

Return Policy  – Since our products are directly delivered from the manufacturer side we only accept return of product in cases of product received in damage condition/Different product received/Product altered. We insist customer to take complete single video of opening box till end without any alteration to further investigate the matter. No refund will be entertained incase false reports.

 

Refund will be issued in form of cash back points/wallet to buy any product from the simplbasket. No cancellation/refund accepted once product dispatched from the store location.
